An expert mentor in your chosen area will assess your level of competency and provide opportunities to develop your understanding and experience of glass making processes.
The goal of these sessions is that that students will achieve a thorough understanding and use of materials, processes, tools and equipment to enable them to become inducted into their chosen workshop and machines. Once inducted, Users can work independently as a hirer at CGW with an annual refresher induction.
