Fire and Ice: Kilnformed Snowflakes

Step into a world of wintery wonder at Canberra Glassworks! In this magical, hands-on workshop, young creators will design and assemble their very own sparkling snowflake using colourful pieces of glass. With the help of our expert artists, each frosty masterpiece will be carefully kiln-formed—frozen in fire to last forever! Perfect as a keepsake or festive decoration, this fun and creative experience is ideal for kids who love a little sparkle and a lot of imagination.

Details

• Duration: 45 minutes, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your booked time. 
• Ages: Confident in independently working ages 10 years and over 
• Extra support: If your child needs added support, please contact us before booking. 
• Safety: For safety reasons, long hair must be tied back, and closed-in shoes must be worn for all workshop activities. If you arrive with inappropriate footwear, participation is not guaranteed. 

Collection policy

Works made in the class will be available for collection two days after the completion of the workshop during our opening hours Wednesday to Sunday, 10am to 4pm. If you are unable to collect the work made in the class, please add postage to your booking and fill in your postal address in the special requirements box when going through the checkout.
